Instructions for Use
- Vision Cookie Mix: 700 g
- Variety (Chocolate, Dried Fruits, Nuts): 300 g
- Margarine Anhydrous Oil: 180 g
- Butter: 20 g
- Egg: 115 g
- Stone Base Oven: 160C / 12-14 min.
- In Convection Oven: 160C / 8 – 10 min.
All the ingredients are put into the mixer and mixed with a paddle mixer at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Cookies are shaped and placed on greaseproof paper. In stone-based ovens, the trays are raised from the base using a second tray
